Where are our products produced?

Our products are all handmade in Buenos Aires, Argentina. All belts and dog collars are made of quality genuine leather.

How do I measure my belt size?

Compare your normal pants size to the chart below and determine where you most comfortably wear your pants (high waist, mid waist, or low waist), and see the equivalent belt size. Or, if you want to measure one of your existing belts, please see the diagram below.

How long is delivery usually?

Germany and Austria: 5 - 7 working days.
Europe: 7 - 10 working days.

What happens if there are issues with my delivery?

Once the carrier is in possession of your order, it becomes your responsibility to ensure its receipt. If the carrier indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly for more information and also check with your neighbors. In case your order was misdelivered or lost by the carrier, notify us immediately for further instructions.

Can I return or exchange my order?

According to EU law, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised. If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Can I include a custom message-card to my order?

Yes you can! Want to surprise a friend? Add a personalised message to your order to let them know its from you. La Pampa products are sure to put a smile on any face!

Do the colours differ from the pictures on this website?

We try to photograph our products such that they resemble original colours as much as possible. However, as each product is hand made, every piece is individual and may differ slightly from the pictures.

Do the colours fade over time?

Our products are of high quality and each is piece uniquely handmade, and after time might show wear, like the leather lightening slightly, softening and the colour might fade minimally, giving it a very cool vintage look. In our opinion, the more you wear it, the more beautiful your La Pampa belt becomes! 

Why do the bracelets not come in different sizes?

Our beautiful bracelets are adjustable to all sizes, as they are open on one side. So you can bend and adjust to your hearts desire :)

Do the leather belts soften over time?

Yes they do! All our leather products they will soften with time; the more you wear them the faster they will soften!
