Return/Refund Policy

In compliance with EU law, if you find your purchase from La Pampa to be faulty, not as advertised, or unsatisfactory in any other way, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund.

For online or non-store purchases, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange, please contact us via Instagram (@_la_pampa_), email (support@lapampa.shop), or through our return portal at La Pampa Returns. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary details.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate and rectify the issue. Please note, our products may exhibit minor imperfections like scratches or loose nylon threads due to their handmade nature in Argentina. These are not considered significant damages, but we understand each case is unique and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 days to your original payment method.

Exceptions: Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items or custom orders. These exceptions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
